The Desnoyer Park Improvement Association (DPIA) stopped collecting neighbor “dues” several years ago. We rely completely on one-time and recurring neighbor donations in addition to a small dollar funding source at the City of St. Paul (The Cell Tower Fund) as the sole funding sources for neighborhood events (summer picnic, s’mores, and cocoa, Halloween parade, etc.), park improvements, ice rink maintenance in combination our volunteer ice crew, etc. 

You will have the option to direct your donation to the general DPIA fund where can be used by the DPIA Board for whatever the greatest neighborhood need is at the time (including ice rink expenses). If you wish to restrict your donation to be used ONLY for the ice rink maintenance, you can select the ice rink-only donation option in the dropdown.
